The Dubai data center is Equinix focal point for connectivity inside and outside the MENA region, with an Off-Shore Zone for regional and international traffic and an On-Shore Zone for local traffic in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). SESC were appointed as commissioning engineers on the project to test and commission the HVAC systems and ensure compliance with all Equinix internal specifications and sustainability targets plus local authority regulations.
