SESC were contracted as the commissioning consultant for the complete refurbishment works of the OSN head office in Dubai Media City, including site surveys, equipment inspections, commissioning documentation and witnessing. Total Area of the property is nearly 3,000 Sqm spread over 4-floors. Ensuring minimal downtime of the offices was a critical aspects of this project as the sow included live TV studious & production, creative & administration offices, meeting rooms & collaboration spaces, canteen, all within a live space.
