The 210 room Hilton Bahrain Bay Hotel & Residences is located at The Avenues in Manama a major retail and leisure destination. The 210 room property consist of 150 apartments and 60 studio suites. SESC were engaged on the project as commissioning agents to oversee all installation, commissioning, and handover of all MEP services. The project was an excellent example of strong teamwork producing great results. SESC worked closely with the Tier 1 contractor NASS Contracting to manage all aspects of the project delivery, from procurement through to sign of and handover to Hilton.
