Located in Manama on the northern coast of the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Avenues Hilton Garden Inn hotel is set to become a prominent sight on the ever-evolving city skyline. With its location anchoring the Avenues Mall, the 200-key hotel development, with a GFA of 22,500 sqm, overlooks Bahrain Bay and is served by the King Faisal Highway. Its ideal location automatically makes it a potentially new Bahraini landmark destination. With its prominent glass and copper features, height and orientation, the Avenues Hilton Garden Inn offers new and exciting views over Bahrain Bay’s future corniche development. Guests can look forward to enjoying luxury accommodation, a restaurant, and also make use of its business suites. The 210 room Hilton Bahrain Bay Hotel & Residences is located at The Avenues in Manama a major retail and leisure destination. The 210 room property consist of 150 apartments and 60 studio suites. SESC were engaged on the project as commissioning agents to oversee all installation, commissioning, and handover of all MEP services. The project was an excellent example of strong teamwork producing great results. SESC worked closely with the Tier 1 contractor NASS Contracting to manage all aspects of the project delivery, from procurement through to sign of and handover to Hilton.
